Green light for further elements of garden village
Play areas and a community hub are the latest elements of a new garden village near Swansea to be approved by planners.Magor-based business The Edenstone Group is redeveloping a 35-acre site in Morriston, known as Parc Ceirw Garden Village.Over the course of five years, the scheme will bring forward about 300 new homes, from the company’s two housing brands, Edenstone Homes and Bluebell Homes.Set amid seven acres at the basin of the site, the community facilities for the new neighbourhood are the latest elements of the garden village to be given the green light by planners.
