Green light for housing scheme on former school site
Planning permission has been secured for a development of affordable housing in Bronllys near Talgarth.Acting on behalf of Powys Housing, Asbri Planning has been granted approval for the construction of 17 new homes on the site of the former Bronllys Primary School.The project will comprise 100 per cent affordable properties and will be heated and powered through air source heat pumps and solar PV.Pentan Architects designed the scheme, with landscape design by Fiona Cloke Associates.
