Green light for major Stevenage regeneration scheme
Development, consultancy and construction company Mace has secured the green light for its SG1 project, which includes the regeneration of Stevenage town centre.The firm is working in partnership with Stevenage Borough Council and will create a new heart of the town with 1,864 new homes across 14.5 acres.The plans also include an integrated public services hub comprising new state-of-the-art health facilities, a library, retail space and workspaces.
