Green light for Preston land redevelopment
Plans for the redevelopment of land associated with Ingol Village Golf Course in Preston have secured approval.The reserved matters – drawn up by Avison Young on behalf of Bellway Homes – follow a hybrid application being approved in 2016, which comprised full proposals for areas of public open space and an outline plan for a new first team training facility for Preston North End FC and the development of up to 450 properties.Bellway Homes’ proposal to create a sustainable development on land at Ingol Golf Course incorporates a mixture of one, two, three and four-bed detached, semi-detached, terraced dwellings and maisonettes.It will be 152-strong.It has been designed by APD Architects.
