Green Light for Speculative Industrial Development
Detailed planning consent has been secured for a speculative industrial scheme of located adjacent to Junction 35 of the M4 Motorway.Deeside Regeneration Ltd, a joint venture between Maple Grove Developments and Trebor Developments, has received the approal for a 46,100 sq ft development on Pencoed Technology Park.The scheme, which sits within a Tier One grant assisted area, is supported by the European Regional Development Fund through the Welsh Government. In line with Welsh Government’s sustainable buildings standards, the scheme will be built to BREEAM Excellent Standard.The scheme will be available on a leasehold or freehold basis.Knight Frank, Cardiff, and DLP Surveyors, Cardiff, have been appointed as joint letting agents for the scheme.
