Green light nears for historic Sale scheme
A residential scheme earmarked for a historic site in Sale could soon secure the green light.Southway Housing Trust is behind the application, which concerns the former Sale Masonic Hall.Under the plans, the building would be brought down and replaced with a four-storey apartment block.This would comprise 29 shared ownership units.The application is set to go before Trafford Council’s planning committee on 10 June, with a recommendation for approval.
