Green light nears for Irlam warehouses
Two huge warehouses earmarked for a site in Irlam could soon secure approval.Commercial Development Projects is behind the project, which proposes a 40,000 sq ft and a 65,000 sq ft unit.A pair of car parks are also lined up, comprising 55 and 40 spaces respectively.The application is set to go before Salford Council’s planning committee on 27 May, with a recommendation for approval.
