Green light set for homes on former playing field
A proposed housing development earmarked for a former playing field in Birmingham looks set to be green lit.Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust is seeking the go-ahead to build 65 properties on land at Long Nuke Road.The scheme would comprise 22, three-bedroom houses for open market sale, and 23, two, three and four-bedroom houses for social rent.Additionally, 101 car parking spaces are proposed across the site.Plans will be reviewed by Birmingham City Council’s planning committee on 25 November.
