Green light to replace office block with apartments
An office block in a Northamptonshire town is to be knocked down and replaced by apartments after the green light was granted.Milton Keynes-based Grand Union Housing Group has secured the go-ahead to demolish its base at Wood Burcote House, Towcester, and construct a three-storey building with 20 flats.The scheme will also include 40 car parking spaces, down from the current 59, after approval was granted by South Northamptonshire Council at a virtual meeting of its planning committee on Thursday 29 October.
