Its northern section is currently leased to the Nedge Farm riding stables and is used for the rearing of horses. An indicative dwelling mix submitted as part of the application shows that the scheme would feature a range of two, three and four-bed homes, 25 per cent of which would be allocated as affordable housing. Permission is also sought for up to 1,016 parking spaces across the masterplan. This would consist of at least two on-plot spaces for each dwelling, totalling 700, with a further 316 spaces provided on-street.Provision for cycle parking is also made within each plot.
