Grosvenor Homes plan set to move forward
Grosvenor Homes is set to gain permission for a housing development in Wirral. The proposal seeks approval to deliver five apartments within a part three, part two-storey apartment block set within a large residential landscaped garden. The application follows the refusal of plans last year to build six apartments, with concerns raised about the design, bulk and mass of the scheme. Now revised plans have been submitted for the development at Denecourt on Oldfield Drive, Heswall.Planning officials have now recommended the proposals are approved subject to conditions.Wirral Council’s planning committee meets on Thursday 16 September.
