Groundworks start on Huyton development
Groundworks have commenced on a new residential development in Huyton.Part of a wider scheme that will eventually include business units, a convenience store, a Marston’s Inn, a Euro Garages fuel station complete with Greggs, Subway and Starbucks, public open space and playing pitches, the 154 homes are being built by Bellway.They are being brought forward in collaboration with commercial property developer Ion and the Knowsley Estate.Known as Earlsfield Park, the scheme will comprise a mix of three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes, all with private gardens and two allocated car parking spaces. A number of different house types will be available.It will build on Bellway’s existing presence in Huyton where the housebuilder is already on site with another development of 62 properties called Willow Grange on Whiston Lane and an 87-home scheme called Nutwood on Rupert Road in Roby.
