The current contract for Grout in Thurso is projected to end on 8/5/2018 and may be available for re-tender.The current contract for Grout in Thurso included a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide a continuous supply of standard grouting encapsulation process of Low Level Waste (LLW) which is will be deposited into waste containers in the newly built Encapsulation Facility at Dounreay.The grout powders consist of the following: Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) Standard BSEN 1971:2000 (CEM1) Class 52,5N; Pulverised Fuel Ash (PFA) Standard BSEN 450-1 Class N.
