Harworth to develop more Logistics North spec units
Harworth Group is to speculatively develop further commercial space at Logistics North in Bolton, with the new units set to be aimed at occupiers with manufacturing or logistics operations.The business will start construction of two speculative commercial units, each totalling 26,000 sq ft, from January 2017.The units will be located close to the entrance of the development adjacent to junction 4 of the M61.In addition, Harworth will also be constructing a new coffee shop at the site’s entrance after agreeing a 15-year lease with Costa for a 1,800 sq ft unit.Greene King has also bought a 10,000 sq ft plot to build a new Farmhouse Inn in early 2017, marking the second deal between the companies over the past 12 months.
