Hayfield acquires Wiltshire site for luxury development
Hayfield has acquired an eight-acre site in a Wiltshire village where it plans to bring forward 50 eco-efficient luxury homes.The plans for the £21m project will feature Air Source Heat Pumps, energy-efficient underfloor heating, electric vehicle fast-charging points and ultra-fast broadband.Located off Lavington Lane, on the north edge of the Salisbury Plain, the West Lavington site has been purchased from Gaiger Properties and Crossmolina, with outline planning consent already in place.Solihull-headquartered Hayfield has now submitted a reserved matters application to Wiltshire Council for a range of bungalows, maisonettes and two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom executive houses.Hayfield is currently on-site bringing forward more than 500 homes at eight developments across Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire and Wiltshire. It is on track to increase turnover to £150m this year.
