Hayfield snaps up Beds sites
Solihull-headquartered Hayfield has secured two sites in Bedfordshire, which will comprise 200 luxury homes with a combined gross development value of £200m once complete.The first site spans more than 14 acres and is in the historic village of Silsoe. Planning permission is in place for 68 dwellings as well as 37 homes for Orbit Housing Association, including apartments, maisonettes and family houses.The second scheme comprises 12 acres in Clifton. More than 60 houses will be sold on the open market and 33 will be delivered for Hightown Housing Association.
