HE Simm lands £10m MEP deal on Whitechapel towers
HE Simm has won a £10m Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health package from Mount Anvil at The Silk District in Whitechapel, east London.The specialist will start on site in October on a full design and build basis through Stage 4 design, installation and commissioning.Work will take place across 262 apartments over three blocks – ranging from five to 25 storeys – as well as to the communal and external space within The Silk District’s latest Bouchon tower.
