The proposed initial contract term of the Substance Misuse Service procurement will be 2 and a half years, commencing 1.10.2015 to 31.3.2018; with an option to extend for up to a maximum of 2 further years (up to March 2020), subject to performance and funding availability.Based on current spend the estimated aggregate value of the proposed contract for 2 and a half years is in the region of (11 000 000 GBP) plus two years (10 000 000 GBP) = 21 000 000 GBP. Harrow: (10 000 000 GBP) Barnet: (12 000 000 GBP). All the above figures are subject to funding.For Harrow lots the estimated aggregate value of the proposed: Lot 1 Adult Service contract for 2 and a half years is in the region of (5 000 000+ GBP) plus 2 years (4 000 000+ GBP) = 9 000 000+ GBP. Lot 3 Young People Service contract for 2 and a half years is in the region of (500 000+ GBP) plus 2 years (400 000+ GBP) = 900 000+ GBP.Bidders should note that currently the Harrow Adult and Young People substance misuse service is integrated service and therefore the lot contract value contains a genuine estimate on the overhead apportionment. All the above figures are subject to funding.The services that are procured are based on the following lots: Lot 1 Harrow Adult Substance Misuse Service; Lot 2 Barnet Adult Substance Misuse Service; Lot 3 Harrow Young People Substance Misuse Service including awareness in schools.
