The scope of the project is to ensure that there is maximum patient flow through the Trust’s new Specialist Emergency Care Hospital (NSECH) site. The planned service must cover the needs of the patient from the point that a decision is made to transfer a patient to one of our general hospital sites, to the safe arrival at the destination ward.
