Higgins JV to start 333-home Ealing scheme
A2Dominion and Higgins have formed a joint venture vehicle to deliver a major housing scheme in Ealing, West London.The scheme at Boston Road in Hanwell will deliver 333 homes; of which two thirds will be for private sale and the remainder for affordable tenure.The project marks the first joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Higgins.The properties have been designed in three blocks, featuring contemporary soft brickwork, which will contrast against the dark frames of the shop frontages and successfully complete the ‘village square’ design.
