Homebuilder lines up Bradford development
Housing developer Berkshire Homes is to build 57 new homes in Buttershaw near Bradford.Situated on Western Way, the six-acre development will be known as Weavers Park and offer three and four bedroom townhouses and two bedroom apartments.Berkshire Homes’ first show home will open on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 October.The first phase of the development will be completed by the end of the year and a further two phases will follow over the next 12 months.Weavers Park is set to offer traditional style homes with modern living in mind and will be located close to a range of primary and secondary schools as well as supermarkets, pubs, cafes and transport links to Bradford, Leeds and Huddersfield.
