Homes and employment space at farm set for approval
A number of homes and commercial units could be built at a Wiltshire farm if plans, recommended for approval, are given the green light.The plans are for Manor Farm, Hannington, and have been submitted by Fowler Architecture and Planning on behalf of Lower Burytown Farms.If approved, eight homes will be built on the site on Queens Road, with a 4,200 sq ft unit built and a further 2,518 sq ft created by the conversion of another building at the site. Three other buildings at the farm will be demolished.Swindon Borough Council’s planning committee meets on Tuesday 10 September.
