Homes scheme proposed for student site
A seven-storey development of flats for the private rented sector (PRS) could be built on a site previously earmarked for student housing under new proposals.Curlew Student Trust has submitted a pre-application statement to Swansea Council outlining its plans for land at New Cut Road and Morfa Road.The overall scheme, from student property specialist Watkin Jones, includes 976 student flats in a series of blocks together with 349 residential units and a café/restaurant.
