Hot yoga studio coming to Hull development
Hull’s first dedicated hot yoga studio is set to open as part of a new £6m development in the centre of the city.Lionheart Hot Yoga Hull has signed a ten-year lease on the eighth floor of the £6m K2 development at Kingston House, set to open in early 2018.The 3,500 sq ft facility will include a dedicated hot yoga studio, capable of reaching 40°C with 40 per cent relative humidity.It will also include a two treatment rooms, alongside on-site shower and changing facilities and a refreshment area offering a range of organic food and drink.Work on K2 is now well underway, with the first phase set for completion in November 2017.The complex will incorporate flexible office and co-working space with 14 luxury serviced apartments and a 100-bed hotel as well as retail and leisure spaces.Beverley-based developers Tradepark Ltd have signed up businesses from across the region and beyond to pre-let agreements at the park.
