Hotel, spa, bar and restaurant complex to be built at ex-Army barracks in Northern Ireland
A new hotel has been approved for a former Army base in Northern Ireland.The 152-bedroom development will boast a leisure spa, meeting rooms, restaurant and bar facilities and will be located on the site of a former Army base in Londonderry’s Ebrington Square.The four-storey hotel will incorporate three existing buildings on the square including the clock tower building.The reception will be a new building between the clock tower and the existing Captain’s House facing the parade ground.
