Housebuilder brings forward sites with NatWest backing
Sutton Coldfield housebuilder IP Developments is building new residential schemes in Rowley Regis and Tipton after securing a £4.6m finance package with NatWest.The two new neighbourhoods will comprise a combined total of 50 homes. The 36-home scheme on York Road in Rowley Regis is complete and the Sedgley Road site in Tipton will provide 14 dwellings.The projects have a total gross development value of £9.5m.IP Developments was founded in 2004 and has a turnover of £5m.
