Housebuilder lines up 300-strong Hampshire scheme
A housebuilder is set to bring forward 300 homes in the Hampshire village of Church Crookham after purchasing a new site.Vistry Group, which includes Bovis Homes and Linden Homes, has bought the land at Albany Park from developer Martin Grant Homes.The 82-acre site has detailed planning permission for 180 properties for private sale and 120 affordable properties available for locals through rent and shared ownership.Vistry Group will also be providing a sports pavilion, pitches, a multi-use games area and children’s play areas, as well as extensive natural greenspace.
