Housebuilder pivots to commercial development with roadside scheme
A developer has snapped up a 0.5 acre site in Gainsborough in deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants.Acting on behalf of Burney Estates Development, FHP has sold the site to Chevin Homes Derby. The land is next to a Morrisons Supermarket and petrol filling station and has planning consent for two commercial units.
