Housebuilder secures land for new homes

A housebuilder has acquired a 42.7 acre site in Wiltshire for a development of almost 250 homes.Redrow South West plans to build 247 one, two, three and four-bedroom homes, including both private and affordable, at its Elm Grove scheme, in Trowbridge.The housebuilder will be investing more than £1.8m into the local community, with funds supporting improvements to public transport links, health care and education.Also included in the development is plans for green, open spaces and bus stop links.Planning permission is in progress and construction at the development is anticipated to begin at the start of 2025.
