Housebuilder snaps up Leicestershire site in £9m deal
Bellway Homes has bought a 12.5 acre site in Coalville from land firm Harworth in a £8.9m deal.Bellway is set to build 166 homes at the development.Harworth, through its role as master developer at the South-East Coalville site, has completed initial infrastructure works at the site including delivering a new access roundabout from the existing road network alongside internal roads and utilities.
