Housing development planned for former landfill site
Up to 60 homes could be built at a former landfill site and clap works if plans are approved.The plans, for a 6.9-acre site at Pentre near Chirk in Wrexham borough, have been submitted by DBA Estates.The site was formerly a clay works before it became a land fill site and includes a grade II-listed office building.As well as housing, the site will also eventually feature leisure and tourism facilities, which are subject to separate applications.
