Housing scheme near shopping centre recommended for go-ahead
A total of 80 homes could be constructed near to the Rushden Lakes Shopping Centre in Northamptonshire if the plans are voted through.Davidson Developments is behind the bid for land east of Brindley Close and Northampton Road near Rushden.The 7.6-acre site is located on the north west side of Rushden adjacent to commercial development to the west, close to the A45.East Northamptonshire District Council’s planning committee will make a final decision on the application, which has been recommended for approval, at a meeting on Tuesday 9 April.
