Housing scheme plans move forward with land sale

Plans for a housing scheme in South Staffordshire have moved forward following a significant land deal.Trebor Developments has sold its land interests at Kinver to Crest Nicholson. The 22 acre site has outline planning permission for up to 40 new homes and a housing allocation for upwards of 82 dwellings.Mark Wright, partner of Trebor, said: “This is a great resolution to our work since promoting the site through the Local Plan process and this represents a fantastic result for our landowner partners.
