Housing set for former Derbyshire industrial site
Housing plans for a former industrial site in Derbyshire have been recommended for approval.UIM Properties Ltd has brought forward outline plans to build new properties to the north of Ripley Town Centre and to the west of Butterley.The site formerly contained industrial buildings which were demolished a number of years ago.An indicative site layout has been submitted which shows 62 homes across the site, along with green space, ecological enhancement, boundary treatment and SuDs.Plans will be reviewed by Amber Valley Borough Council’s planning committee on 8 November 2021.
