I & H Brown awarded £18.5m contract
I & H Brown has been awarded the £18.5m contract to build the multi-storey car park that will serve the £107m Time Square regeneration scheme.The company has been selected by Warrington Borough Council to construct the car park, which will provide approximately 1,150 spaces over eight levels. Planning approval was granted earlier in 2016 and work is expected to start onsite this year with completion expected for October 2017.The Time Square regeneration scheme, which will be carried out by Warrington & Co on behalf of Warrington Borough Council with development manager Muse Developments, is due to create up to 400 permanent jobs in the leisure, retail and restaurant sectors when the project is fully completed in 2019.
