Iconic Leeds building refurb attracts new business
Seven businesses have moved into the newly refurbished grade I-listed Leeming Building which once housed Leeds City Markets.Following an extensive refurbishment, The Leeming Building reopened its doors in April 2017 and is now the new home for seven businesses.Cream Consultancy, a PR company previously based in Barnsley, and LA Marzocco an internationally renowned producer of handmade Italian coffee machines have both moved into space at the site.Specialist recruitment consultancies Amsource Technology and Catalyst, design agencies, Analogue and Common Room Design, and sports media specialist Planet Sport have also moved in.Built in 1904 the Leeming Building sits next to the new Victoria Gate and John Lewis development.The refurbishment works include a new reception area and high specification suites that include LED lighting and air conditioning.WSB Property Consultants and Sanderson Weatherall are appointed by development manager TPS on behalf of Freshwater Group and acted on each of the transactions.
