ilke Homes secures site for 150-home development
North Yorkshire-based modular housing specialist ilke Homes has secured a site in Northamptonshire with the potential for a development of 150 new homes.Under the deal, brokered by Ann Taylor at Savills’ Nottingham office, the company has secured a nine-acre site in Rushden on a subject to planning basis.The company has pledged to work with East Northamptonshire Council, Rushden Town Council, and the local community in order to secure a planning permission which adheres to principles set out in the adopted Neighbourhood Plan.The homes will be manufactured at ilke Homes’ 250,000 sq ft factory in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.
