A former Lancashire County Council highways depot could soon be transformed into an industrial park.Plans have been submitted concerning a site at Bellfold Yard on Moorside Lane. Currently comprising office space, it can trace its roots back to the 1960s.Proposed is building eight industrial units which flexible uses, as well as an energy storage operation.
