Investar Property Group reaches milestone on Salford scheme
Investar Property Group has marked a key milestone on its £6m affordable housing scheme in Salford.Work began on the 58-strong Melody Gardens for Places for People in August 2018. Contractor Watson Homes was appointed to carry out construction.Now, ten homes – comprising nine houses and a bungalow – have been handed over to Places for People.Watson Homes is progressing the second phase of the construction programme, with the apartments expected to be completed by November 2019.The project team has also included TADW Architects and Savills.
