Joint venture lines up spate of North West care homes
Eric Wright Health and Care has established a joint venture with Glenholme Health Care designed to bring forward a pipeline of up to 15 care homes over the next five years.The partnership will focus their development and operating activities on Lancashire, Cumbria, Chester, Greater Manchester and Merseyside.It comes after the pair – earlier this year – worked together to acquire Spiral Health’s existing interest in Bispham Gardens after the former fell into administration. The JV succeeded in ensuring the nursing and care provision continued and safeguarded the jobs of the 44 employees.
