Jones Homes starts on second Rufford scheme
Work has started on Jones Homes’ second development in Rufford.With the company’s Roseacre Gardens scheme drawing to a close, the foundations are being laid for Hesketh Reach.A range of three and four-bedroom homes, the 29 properties will be built on a 2.47-acre site. Jones Homes will also contribute £80,000 to support local education and will pay £245,000 to the local authority as a Community Infrastructure Levy.Jones Homes recently opened St Peter’s Park in nearby Mawdesley.
