Jones Homes to invest in Preston scheme

Jones Homes is investing £435,000 as part of a 48-strong residential development in Preston.As part of its planning agreement for the Ribbleswood Chase scheme, the company has contributed £137,551 towards an East-West link road to ease traffic congestion. A further £297,837 has been paid as a Community Infrastructure Levy to fund further improvements to local services.
