JV to bring forward £240m scheme
Bovis Homes and Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) have formed a joint venture to bring forward a £240m scheme in Cambourne West, near Cambridge.The development will comprise 783 homes, ranging from one to five bedrooms. Of the total, 235 will be affordable.As part of the project the developers will also contribute £40m towards education.Building is expected to begin on site in February 2020.
