Keepmoat gets started on £38m Hyndburn project
Keepmoat Homes has started work on a £38m development in Hyndburn.The 217-home scheme, which is being built in partnership with Hyndburn Borough Council, will comprise a mix of properties including two-bed bungalows and four-bed detached family dwellings, with 20 per cent allocated for affordable housing.Early interest has been high, with the first properties due to be completed by June 2018.The development is being built with first-time buyers, families and professionals in mind, and will include ample green space and a dedicated play area.It will also create local job opportunities, as Keepmoat Homes pledges to maximise the use of local labour.
