Kensington and Chelsea Council announces £57m funding for estate
Buildings in Lancaster West Estate will be fitted with double glazing, new kitchens and bathrooms and updated heating systems.The funding is on top of £32m pledged by the Government to support Kensington and Chelsea College.A report to the council said the project would deliver ‘a model 21st century social housing estate’.
