Keyland secures consent for South Yorkshire sites

Keyland Developments has secured planning permission for three residential schemes in South Yorkshire.Planning permission has been granted for a disused Yorkshire Water Reservoir site in Warmsworth, Doncaster to be brought back into use as a residential development of 23 two-storey, semi-detached and detached homes.The reservoir structure and pumping station have already been demolished and the land has been levelled to enable future housing development.A second separate application has also been approved for the development of nine homes on a 1.5-acre open site adjacent to a Yorkshire Water reservoir in Kimberworth, Rotherham.The site is located within a suburban, residential area and planning has been approved for a small housing development designed to match the character of the area. The third planning consent will allow the creation of a single home from an existing agricultural building at Brooks Bank Farm in Stocksbridge. The property comprises a detached farmhouse, two detached stone barns and a steel portal framed building with grassland and woodland extending in total to about 108 acres.
