Land earmarked for 44 homes sold
A Birmingham-headquartered asset management company has completed the sale of a 44-home development site in Somerset to a national housing association.Blue Marble Asset Management has sold the land, which has full planning permission, in Crewkerne to social housing provider Stonewater for an undisclosed sum.The Birmingham company was acting on behalf of Pemberstone.Stonewater plans to build a total of 44 two and three-bedroom houses and one- and two-bedroom flats for private sale and for use as social housing one the 3.6-acre site.
