Latest milestone for Blackpool scheme
A £10m affordable housing redevelopment in Blackpool has reached its latest milestone.Troutbeck Crescent will comprise 27 two-bed, 18 three-bed, two three-bed accessible and nine two-bed accessible homes, as well as 19 one-bedroom apartments.The project has been funded by Blackpool Council and supported with grant funding from Homes England under the Shared Ownership and Affordable Homes Programme 2016-21.Once completed, the properties will be managed on behalf of the council by Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH).The first residents are now moving in.The development is being constructed by RP Tyson Construction.
