Law firm and hotel agree Coventry property deals
A law firm and a hotel brand have agreed lease deals on 35,800 sq ft of space at two Coventry properties, Clearbell Capital, the private equity real estate fund manager has revealed.Band Hatton Button has let 10,800 sq ft of office space at Earlsdon Park, totalling 3,000 sq ft, as well as a former retail unit of 7,800 sq ft, which will serve as front-of-house for the law firm.Earlsdon Park is a mixed-use site comprising office, leisure, hotel, and residential space.Meanwhile, at the Belgrade Plaza mixed-use in the centre of Coventry, existing tenant Premier Inn has agreed to extend its lease obligations on a 120-bed hotel, incorporating 25,000 sq ft, to a straight 20-year term.
