Letting secured at Bloxwich office complex
Hexagon Commercial Property has secured a letting to a regional care provider at a former industrial and office complex in Bloxwich.The Care First Group has taken a six-year lease at Reeves Street, with the property consisting of three warehouse units and offices measuring 6,245 sq ft in total.The education centre will cater for approximately 30 students who have a range of learning and physical disabilities.A six-figure refurbishment has recently taken place at the site, including new roofs, surfacing works and renovated offices.
